We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across India. By selecting COD at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. COD Convenience Fee
• A non-refundable COD charge of ₹60 is applicable per order.
• This fee is added during checkout and is separate from the product price and shipping charges.
2. Availability
• COD is available only for select pin codes.
• Serviceability is dynamic and may change based on courier partner updates and local conditions. In case your pincode becomes unserviceable after placing the order, our team will reach out to you promptly and provide updates or alternate solutions.
• We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays or changes in delivery timelines.
3. Returns & Refunds
• If you choose to return a product purchased via COD, the ₹60 COD fee will not be refunded.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your return request.
4. Misuse of COD
• Any misuse of the COD facility (including placing fake orders, refusing delivery without reason, or frequent returns) may result in the suspension of your account and restriction of COD option for future purchases.
